Sports Cars and Food. Nothing Better.

The EVX Team’s beautiful Factory Five 818 logged an astonishing 110 MPG at Watkins Glen in last year’s Green Grand Prix. It was a wonderful experience for the 18 team members who made the trip to upstate New York for the race.
We won’t make it to the Green Grand Prix this year, but we’re going to two other super events where our students will be showing off their work.

On April 30, we will be at the Philadelphia Science Carnival at the Great Plaza on Penn’s Landing. As part of the Climate City contingent, we’ll be asking festival participants, “Can you power a car on donuts?” Come out and hear our students answer that question and talk about alternative energy! On June 5, we’ll be showing off the 818’s athleticism at a Sports Car Club of America Autocross event at Warminster Community Park.

We count on you every year. We can’t travel with our Team without your support. Your generous donations allow us to work in the shop after school with our growing team and get our cars ready for the next great competition. Most of all, you enable us to provide opportunities for our students to learn and then to teach the community about the capacity we all have to change the world .

Our annual Dessert Reception accounts for over 75% of our yearly budget. We hope you will support the great work of our students and teachers by making a generous tax deductible donation. You can RSVP to Ann Cohen at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. You can also make a secure on-line donation at www.evxteam.org/support/donations.

Better yet, join us on April 20 at 7 PM. Meet thestudents and enjoy some fabulous homemade desserts. We thank you so much
